K-Grip 409 spray adhesive, the professional standard for foam and fabric.
When it comes to upholstery and furniture manufacturing, the quality of your brand determines the lifespan of your product. K-Grip 409 is a premium, industrial-grade spray adhesive specifically engineered to meet the demands of high-volume foam and fabric applications.
Designed for a low-pressure spray, K-Grip 409 ensures precise application without the "blow-through" or overspray common with high-pressure canisters. This allows for cleaner work environments and maximum material efficiency.
Key Performance Features:
- Aggressive Quick Tack: No more waiting around. Its fast-acting formula grabs surfaces instantly, allowing for immediate positioning and faster assembly lines.
- Superior Bond Strength: Engineered to create a high-strength hold on most porous materials including cushions, padding, and upholstery fabrics.
- The "Soft Glue Line" Advantage: Unlike brittle adhesives that "crunch" or stiffen under fabric, K-Grip 409 maintains a soft, flexible glue line. This preserves the natural feel and comfort of seating and bedding products.
Environmental & Safety Profile: K-Grip 409 is formulated for the modern workshop, balancing high-performance chemistry with environmental responsibility.
- HAPS Free Contains no Hazardous Air Pollutants.
- Low VOC: Complies with stringent air quality standards, making it a smarter choice for indoor industrial environments.
- Industrial Use Only: This product contains extremely flammable solvents. It is intended for professional use in controlled industrial settings with proper ventilation and safety protocols.

Adhesives alone are a solid substance. A solvent is needed to liquify it and allow it to be sprayed onto the substrate. Once the solvent has evaporated and the glue dries it is no longer flammable.
